After Service Processing Begins

Once any of the following activities have been performed:

  • Any service-related processing

the service shall be considered initiated and cancellation requests may not be accepted.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.

  • Payment successfully received but service could not be initiated due to technical reasons attributable to Bablu Cyber Cafe.

  • Incorrect amount charged due to a system or billing error.

  • Service unavailable after payment and processing has not started.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Service processing has already started.

  • Government fees have been paid.

  • Application has been submitted.

  • Appointment has been booked.

  • Customer provides incorrect information or documents.

  • Application is rejected by a government department or authority.

  • Delay occurs due to government portals or third-party service providers.

  • Customer changes their mind after service initiation.

  • Ticket bookings already confirmed.

  • Services already completed or substantially delivered.


5. Government Fees and Third-Party Charges

Government fees, taxes, portal charges, convenience fees, ticket booking charges, and third-party service charges are strictly non-refundable unless specifically refunded by the concerned authority.

Bablu Cyber Cafe has no control over such refunds.


6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
